About our practice
Our practice is located in the heart of Leiden, in the Netherlands. We are open every day of the week, from 8.00 until 17.00. If you wish to make an appointment, you can call our assistant every morning between 8.00 and 10.00. Prefer to choose your date and time yourself? We recommend you make an appointment online.
Our assistants support our general practitioners (gp’s). Every morning, they are available for small procedures. Those include injections, unclogging ears, removing stitches, and more. Through our assistant, you can also apply for a home visit by your family doctor.
We welcome English speakers at our practice. Our doctors all speak English and have a personal approach. So you can feel at home, in another country.
A Dutch GP with extra’s
Besides the practice, other healthcare professionals are available on the premises. Apothecary “De Aloë” and Fysical therapy practice “Van der Salm” are housed in the same building and easily accessible. Therefore, it’s simple to get a prescription or a referral. Our Dutch gp’s also provide extra services, such as vaccines, travel advice, and physical examinations for divers.
“You have your own gp, but you could also meet one of the other doctors. Also, there’s a physical therapist and pharmacy in the same building.”
“Easygoing and approachable gp. She listens carefully, provides useful input, and explains things clearly. I’m very happy!”
